Credit Card
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
A bank within the USA must issue Credit Cards used for payment.
PayPal
Pay securely without providing us your billing info.
How CAV Processes Your Payment
CAV uses both PayPal™ and PayPal™ merchant services to process your credit card
transaction.
Once your payment information is entered, it is sent securely encrypted to the PayPal
service for approval, and your full credit card number is not stored in our databases.
Once your payment information is approved by the system, a pre-authorization (reservation
of funds on your credit line) is done. When your order (or partial order) is given
to the shipper (UPS or FedEx) the transaction will be completed and your account
will be billed.
You may note that we use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with your browser so that
your transaction is as secure as possible. You can see the locked padlock in your
browser to confirm this when you are in our secure checkout area.
Payment Safety and Security
CAV is sensitive to the security concerns of its customers and clientele. We would
like you, our customer, to have a pleasant and worry-free experience, so CAV has
carefully developed a shopping environment with safety and security in mind.
CAV has a NO tolerance fraud policy. At CAV we protect our customers and our business,
and fraud is not taken lightly. We consider fraud to be a serious threat. Any efforts
to defraud will be will prosecuted, however possible, to the fullest extent of the
law. Currently, we do not conduct business outside of the United States, primarily
for this reason.
