Promotion Codes and “Free Shipping” Restrictions
Terms and conditions may change, and may vary depending on the promotion. Please
be familiar with all constraints and restrictions of each type of code before using
it. Some promotions can be used with specific products only, and all have time limitations.
This means that in order to utilize the promotion code, your order must be placed
within the associated date and time constraints.
- Contractor’s A/V.com offers a variety of types of promotion codes.
- Some promotion codes can be used only once.
- Each promotion code is valid only for a specified time.
- Only one shipping address per order or promotion code is allowed.
- Promotion codes have no cash value (not redeemable for cash), and cannot be resold
or redistributed.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to orders that have been previously placed.
- Refunds will not be given for the discount amount on returned items.
- Your promotion code can be entered either in the shopping cart or in the last step
of the checkout process, on the order verification page.
- Some promotion codes cannot be combined with other promotion codes.
- Promotion codes issued by Contractor’s A/V.com may only be redeemed at Contractor’s
A/V.com.
- The use of promotion codes may allow Contractor’s A/V.com to acknowledge the
data involved with your purchase. See our privacy policy

“Free Shipping”
“Free Shipping” is offered on some select items, although returns may
incur shipping charges. See below for details. Usually, if a product purchase is
eligible for Free shipping, the product detail page will indicate such. Look for
the CAV “Free Shipping” icon!
- Already discounted items and clearance items may not be eligible for free shipping.
- Free shipping only applies to orders with a shipping address in the Continental
US (the 48 contiguous sates), only.
- Free shipping will be offered only on the shipment type indicated.
- If a “Free Shipping” promotion is contingent
upon a specific or minimum purchase amount and items are returned, bringing the
total below the minimum for the free shipping promotion, shipping charges may be
deducted from the refund amount.
- Free shipping is not transferable.
