Product Description
This ceiling speaker is a very effective solution that resolves the common off-axis propagation problem presented by most fixed position ceiling speakers. These speakers may be set to articulate (move out, then stop) to one four angles including 20, 30, 40 or 50 degrees. Using these motorized speakers allows superior response across the audio band.
DC Power Requirements
A 12 VDC power supply of at least 800mA per speaker (sold separately) is used to power the motor drive system.
Applications
The speakers are an excellent choice for residential or commercial applications.
Although these speakers are typically used as "in-ceiling speakers," they may be used in walls that have enough depth to accommodate them.
These motorized speakers are built from a common design factor shared by the QPD2006 and QPD2008 speakers.
